Do you wish you could resolve disputes peacefully with others? Would you like to bridge the divide in those difficult conversations? Would you like to become a conflict resolution facilitator? An 8-session personal growth workshop is a first step to becoming a trained non-violence facilitator with the Alternatives to Violence Project(AVP) National program.  As you connect deeply with others, you will develop the skills needed to build healthy relationships in our prisons, homes, workplace, and in our communities.
